Address complex cross‑entity and cross‑market business matters, define cooperation frameworks and scope for large‑scale project partnerships, resolve cooperation disputes, and strengthen the company’s position in global oil‑and‑gas trade.

4.Strategic Decision‑Making

Participate in high‑level industry business meetings, assess global oil‑and‑gas market trends, identify market opportunities and risks. Aligned with corporate objectives, bring together industrial partners and build business ecosystems, and deliver operational decisions to drive the expansion of international trade.

With over ten years of professional experience in international trade, this role focuses on cross‑border business liaison and key‑account management. The incumbent works with rigorous attention to detail and demonstrates strong capabilities in project delivery and risk mitigation. Holding a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and a master’s degree in Computer Science, this hybrid academic background supports systematic and holistic thinking for cross‑border‑trade operations.

Equipped with multilingual proficiency and full command of international‑trade terminology, the director independently drafts, revises and reviews contracts for bulk‑commodity trades (especially oil‑and‑gas products). Well‑grounded in Incoterms and cross‑border business practices, the director efficiently handles cross‑border liaison and cross‑border trade affairs.

With long‑standing experience in foreign‑trade operations, the director has collaborated with multiple globally renowned enterprises, and boasts a proven track record in key‑account negotiation, resource alignment, full‑cycle project management and cross‑border coordination.


V. Core Specialized Team

The company maintains a full‑value‑chain professional team covering trade‑bill finance, cross‑border logistics, port settlement, and legal compliance. Roles are fully staffed with seasoned practitioners to guarantee compliant, efficient and stable bulk‑commodity‑trading operations.

1.Trade‑Bill Finance Specialist (1 Person)

Specializes in domestic and cross‑border trade‑bill workflows. Familiar with operational rules of major domestic and overseas banking institutions. Possesses hands‑on experience in bank bill discounting, bill trading and monetary‑settlement procedures. Capable of independently processing end‑to‑end trade‑bill workflows to support secure, efficient and compliant capital flows for trading activities.

2.Logistics & Port‑Operation Specialists (2 Persons)

Primarily responsible for shipping‑agent and freight‑forwarder coordination, customs and maritime filings, import‑export customs clearance, on‑site port scheduling and cargo settlement. One senior team member brings more than 15 years of cross‑border‑logistics experience, previously employed by a Shandong‑based freight‑forwarding firm. This member delivers proven capabilities in large‑volume bulk‑cargo logistics scheduling, on‑site port settlement and emergency issue resolution, ensuring timely, full‑volume and verifiable cargo delivery.

3.Legal & Compliance Advisor (1 Person)

A practicing lawyer specializing in international‑trade risk management. Proficient in domestic and international laws, regulations and compliance standards governing bulk‑commodity trade, with bilingual contract‑review competence. Independently assesses and revises Chinese‑English international‑trade contracts for risk exposure. Provides pre‑emptive risk prevention, in‑process oversight and post‑event compliance support for cross‑border‑trade businesses, mitigates legal risks and safeguards compliance across all transactions.
